What We Do

    • The PCSF is a “not for profit” company that works with other professional organisations, voluntary groups and charities including the RCGP, NHSE, GMC, CQC & BMA. 
    • The PCSF works to improve standards in primary care safeguarding by sharing best practice and innovation and contributing to policies and procedures in primary care safeguarding
    • The PCSF provides a collective voice for Primary Care in safeguarding vulnerable people, through the NNNGP/RNNGP and representation in national fora and steering groups
    • The PCSF provides peer support to all PC Safeguarding professionals through an interactive forum(BASECAMP)
    • The PCSF provides education and training for PC clinicians who work with adults and children in safeguarding and promoting welfare through annual conferences, webinars and useful resources on the website
